# Bulk Archiving Files

Files can be bulk archived in batches of 100. First, create a smartview or filter to filter the pipeline to files you wish to archive. Information on Smartviews can be found [here](https://docs.himaxwell.com/platform-overview/lender-hub/lender-hub-pipeline-view#smartviews).

Next, change the amount of loans displayed on the page from the default of 25 up to the maximum of 100.

Click the checkbox at the top left to select all loans in the current view. This will select all 100 loans.

A new "Archive" button will appear. Click "Archive" to archive this batch of files. Continue until all loans are archived.
