Verification of Assets (VOA)

Lenders who use one of Maxwell's integrated VOA providers can ask borrowers to connect with their financial institutions so we can pull a verification of assets report from the point of sale from either the lender services experience or from the lender services tab or from an automated borrower workflow.

How VOA works

From services you can initiate a Verification of Assets task for your borrower and view the report that comes back from your provider once the report is generated.

  1. Go to Services tab --> Verification of Assets

  2. Click Send Request Assets task to borrower

  3. Send to borrower or configure the message.

    1. As a default setting "Link Accounts" will be selected which will require your borrower to connect to their financial institutions. If you would like them to manually enter some account information you could select "Both"

  1. Wait for your borrower to connect to their account
