Borrower Hub Integration
A Task in the Employment section
The borrower will be asked to provide SSN and potential alternate employent ID.
Then Truework will run an instant check.
If unsuccessful the borrower will be asked to connect to their employer or payroll system.
The borrower will enter in the payroll provider credentials
If successful truework will generate VOE/I report
When the service is run by the borrower, their data is scrubbed against The Work Number’s employer database, and applicable employment/income data is merged into the borrower’s application
Lender Hub Integration
The Loan Officer can see the results of the verification on the Services Tab; the results are available as a PDF report
