The services tab allows the LO to run services from integrated third party providers and display the results on the file. When used together with the loan application and Pricing these services can be used for a full pre qualification workflow.

Available Services in the POS

• Credit Check (Various providers)

• Verification of Assets (Finicity and Accountcheck)

• Verification of Employment (Truework and Equifax the Work Number)

• AUS (Desktop Underwriter, Loan Product Assistant, or Dual Run)

• Fees (Smartfees)

• Underwriting Conditions

• LOS Sync (Encompass, Byte, Meridian Link Mortage, Mortgage Bot, Mortgage Flex)
