Automated Underwriting Services

From the Point of Sale you can run Automated Underwriting Services with either Desktop Undewriter, Loan Processor Assistant, or both.

Prequisities for AUS:

  • Valid credit integration credentials

  • Valid pricing engine credentials

  • Valid AUS provider(s) credentials

  • Complete loan application

  • A product selected on file

  1. Complete a loan application

  2. Select a qualified product and pricing from QuickPricer

  3. Go to Services --> AUS

  4. Select AUS provider(s) you want to run a report

  5. Fill in any missing information required to run AUS and select finish

6. View Results from the tables below.
