Underwriting Conditions
Import LOS Underwriting Conditions from Encompass
Clients that use Encompass as their LOS are able to import Underwriting Conditions to the Lender Hub. These conditions are assessed in the LOS by underwriters who evaluate the risk associated with the application and determine if it meets the criteria established by the lender. These conditions can now be imported to the Lender Hub so that Agents can generate tasks for their Borrowers to provide the necessary information to close their mortgage application.
