Lender Portal Changes
Document who pulls Credit
Effective with this release, if a Lender Portal user pulls credit for a Borrower, we now capture the name of the Lender Portal user who pulled Credit, and the date and time of the credit pull.
The name appears below the credit scores as shown below:
OptimalBlue PPE: Request a Rate Lock
For Lenders who use Optimal Blue as their PPE and who also use Encompass as their LOS, we now support a new optional feature that will enable the Loan Officer to request a Rate Lock.
The rate lock is requested within the Lender Portal’s Loan Pricer Tab. This rate lock request is then sent to the Lender’s Rate Lock desk for execution.
UX Improvements to the Messaging and Notes Features
This release includes multiple UI improvements designed to improve overall user experience and make the Messaging a little more intuitive for the Lender Portal user:
We have improved how the expansion and collapse of the Messages and Notes feature (using the expand icon to the left of the title that says “Messages” or “Notes”.
When clicking on a message or note in the alerts dropdown, the correct option (messages or notes) now automatically opens.
Other minor adjustments to adjust spacing, color contrast, and styles for Messages and Notes:
Borrower Portal Changes
DocuTech: limit Borrower eSign on behalf of Co-Borrower
Effective with this release, our platform will not allow a Borrower to eSign on behalf of their Co-Borrower unless the Borrower and Co-Borrower are spouses.
