Borrower Portal and Lender Portal Changes

Liabilities Reconciliation - CBC Integration

Description

Effective with this release, we are able to import liabilities from their borrower’s credit reports into the Borrower Portal and the Lender Portal. When this feature is turned on, whenever Credit is pulled on an application, our system will import all the liabilities that are marked as "Open" in the report and they will all be displayed in the Borrower Portal and Lender Portal for the Borrower and Agents to add comments and edit them.

Value to Lenders

The ability to Lock Rates from the Lender Portal will increase the Loan Officer's productivity.

SmartFees Integration

Description

Effective with this release, our clients that use Encompass as their LOS will be able to import the fees from their fee provider SmartFees.

The ability to import fees from SmartFees to the Lender Portal will increase the Loan Officer's productivity.

Polly PPE Integration

Description

Effective with this release, we are able to receive and display pricing options from Polly. This is our latest Pricing and Products Engine Integration. With this integration Borrowers and Lender Portal users will be able to review pricing and products in the Borrower Portal and the Lender Portal.

Lender Portal Changes

Push to LOS Errors

Description

Effective with this release, your MortgageHippo Lender Portal will be displaying an error in the Lender Portal when applications fails to push to your LOS.
