Lender Portal Changes

Rate Lock for Optimal Blue

Description

Effective with this release, we are able to offer Optimal Blue Rate Lock to clients that use Optimal Blue as their Pricing Engine and Encompass as their LOS. This feature is part of the Lender Portal Loan Pricer Tab, once an application has been pushed to Encompass Lender Portal Agents will be able to request a Rate Lock. Borrowers will be able to see their Rate Lock in the Borrower Portal after it has been completed through the Lender Portal.

Borrower Portal and Lender Portal Changes

Liabilities Reconciliation - CoreLogic CredCo Integration

Description

Effective with this release, we are able to import liabilities from their borrower’s credit reports into the Borrower Portal and the Lender Portal. When this feature is turned on, whenever Credit is pulled on an application, our system will import all the liabilities that are marked as "Open" in the report and they will all be displayed in the Borrower Portal and Lender Portal for the Borrower and Agents to add comments and edit them.

The ability to Lock Rates from the Lender Portal will increase the Loan Officer's productivity.
