Summary


Pre-Qualification Letters - New Mortgage Insurance Field

There is a new designated "Monthly Mortgage Insurance" field. This field allows the lender to enter a monthly mortgage insurance payment amount manually, if required. This amount will be taken into account when calculating the total monthly payment, much like Homeowner's Insurance (HOI) or Homeowner's Association fees (HOA).

The Partner can choose whether to display this field in lender and borrower hub view, additionally adding or removing it from the pre-qualification letter pdf.

  • Value to Clients: The Pre-Qualification letter now support transactions that include Mortgage Insurance, allowing our clients to provide a more accurate monthly payment calculation.

Activity Log - Tracking Changes to Borrower and Co-Borrower Email Address

With this release lenders will see borrower email address changes in the activity feed. This new addition reflects who made the change, the previous email, and the updated change.

  • Value to Clients: The lender will be able to identify and audit an email change event.

  • Leveraging this Feature: This feature is available by default with this release.

Encompass Disclosures - Assistance Messaging in Consumer Connect iFrame

To enhance the borrowers' experience with Encompass eDisclosures, we've included a message above the Encompass Disclosures iFrame. This messaging will provide guidance to borrowers who may encounter difficulties completing their disclosures. In the mobile experience the help text remains in view, and a link to the borrower's Tasks is provided for easy navigation.

  • Value to Clients: It provides borrowers messaging to assist them in self-resolving the most common disclosure issues.

  • Leveraging this Feature: This will be enabled for all Partners who use the Encompass eDisclosures service.

UI Improvements

  • All required fields now have an asterisk (*) after the label instead of the word "Required." When a field is in error state, such as when it is required, the asterisk will turn red.

  • A "warning" icon will now be used instead of an "info" icon in the Overview Tab Ratios section.

  • We made extra UI refinements such as the date input field size, adjusting spacings and incorporating "and" to the SmartView preset filters.

Bug Fixes & Code Cleanup

  • Resolved an issue that was causing a different font to load incorrectly for text with custom fonts, such as the titles on the application page. Prior to the fix, the custom fonts were not loading properly.

  • Made updates to resolve Encompass disclosure authentication issue, intermittent reports of borrowers receiving "page not found" errors.

  • Resolved an issue where any punctuation or special characters added to a custom task title would disappear after saving the task.

  • Changed the behavior of the Pre-Qualification Letter tab link in the Borrower Hub so that it is not visible while configurations are loading.

  • In Borrower tasks with US Address fields, the focus indicator of the form fields was not fully visible using Tab - navigation, this has been resolved.

  • A few MLM sync errors were identified as enumeration error, GiftSourceRelative was invalid for the field FundsSourceType, we resolved by updating gift source types.

This month has been incredibly productive, we've been hard at work developing some amazing new features that will soon be accessible to all our clients in upcoming releases:

  • Import MISMO files

  • Xactus Credit integration

  • And more...
