Loan Officers (LOs) can now access real-time mortgage insurance quotes from all six supported PMI providers directly within Maxwell’s Point of Sale (POS). This allows LOs to shop for the best borrower rate—enabling accurate pricing and a more streamlined pre-qualification process.

To resolve some issues users were experiencing generating Verification of Assets (VOA) reports via AccountChek, we’ve made the following improvements:
Updated AccountCheck v2 API
To give lenders better visibility into borrower progress on disclosure tasks within the POS, we’ve introduced a new Signing Statuses feature. This enhancement adds a status label and timestamp indicating the most recent borrower action on their disclosure tasks.
There are four possible status updates:
Sent/Not Viewed = Disclosure task sent to the borrower, but not yet opened
Viewed = Borrower has opened the disclosure task, but has not signed it
Signed = Borrower has signed all disclosure documents
Declined = Borrower has declined to eSign the documents
Once all borrowers have signed, the task will be marked as Completed for all users.
Fixed an MFA error affecting branded login configurations.
Resolved an SSO login issue for some Encompass lenders.
Resolved an issue where the delete or download actions were intermittently dissappearing in the documents tab table.
