Summary

Borrower Multiple Applications Navigation

Some borrowers experienced difficulty navigating between applications when they had more than one open at the same time. To make this easier, we’ve introduced a simple “My Applications” dropdown in the upper-right header bar of the borrower navigation.

From this menu, borrowers can:

  • Quickly determine which application is currently open.

  • View and switch between all their currently open applications labeled by address and started on date.

  • Start a new application directly from the same view.

This update provides a clearer, more streamlined way for borrowers to manage multiple applications at once.

The new My Applications dropdown provides a more intuitive way for borrowers to navigate bewteen applications.

Pulling Housing Expenses from Price My Loan for AUS Assessment

For organizations using the PriceMyLoan product and pricing engine, estimated housing expenses—such as property insurance, mortgage insurance, and property taxes—can be programmatically stored and calculated in the pricing engine. Maxwell now automatically pulls these expenses from PriceMyLoan into our Point of Sale MISMO data.

How it works

  • Using PriceMyLoan pricing integration select a loan product

  • Maxwell will automatically pull all Principal Interest Taxes and Insurance (PITI) data from PML with the associated product

  • Maxwell will update any loan application housing expenses data and tag it with a "Verified" data source

  • You can view details on the verified data source using the tooltip it will include Verification date and value

  • As an lender agent you can choose to manually overwrite any of the verified value and enter a different amount in any of the "Verified" data fields. That will update the current value that would be stored in the 3.4 MISMO files that is sent to AUS and the LOS.

We will assess our other pricing engines in the coming month including OB, EPPS, and Polly to determine if there is any Insurance and Taxes data available in their data models that we do not already retrieve today. If we can automatically pull those data fields to get a more complete view of PITI data we will do so.
