### LO Level Product & Pricing Credentials for Optimal Blue

We’ve enhanced the Optimal Blue Product & Pricing integration to support credentials at the individual Loan Officer (LO) level. Previously, credentials could only be configured at the site or branch level.

For organizations using the [**QuickPricer integration**](/platform-overview/lender-hub/quickpricer.md), product options can now be returned based on each LO’s specific credential settings. This enables more accurate pricing results and better alignment with compensation plans.

<figure><img src="/files/7w5PYESHyZP7e7MkFPa2" alt=""><figcaption><p>Org admins with a P&#x26;PE integration can now access an integrations page to manage Pricing credentials at a user level as necessary. </p></figcaption></figure>

**What to expect:**

* This feature is available for organizations using an Optimal Blue Product & Pricing integration.
* A new **Integrations** option is now available in the left navigation for organization admins.
* Within the Integrations view, admins can view and manage all user-level credentials.
* Admins can search for Loan Officers (LOs) and add or update their pricing credentials.
* If no user-level credentials are set, LOs will inherit credentials configured at the organization level.
* If a LO has unique credentials, admins can enter them to return LO-specific pricing results in the Product & Pricing experience.

#### **Optimal Blue Users Sync**

Optimal Blue provides an API endpoint that allows Maxwell to automatically import user-level credentials into the Point of Sale. This streamlines onboarding and ongoing credential management.

**How It Works**

* Maxwell uses the Optimal Blue Strategies endpoint to retrieve user credentials for the lender organization.
* User emails from Optimal Blue are matched to users in the Maxwell POS.
* For matched users, Maxwell automatically imports user-level IDs and credentials.
* If a user does not exist in Maxwell, no user or credentials are created.
* Imported credentials are available to admins in the **Integrations** view, where they can review and update them as needed.
* Maxwell runs a daily sync to pull new and updated credentials from Optimal Blue.

These enhancements reduce manual credential management and help ensure accurate, LO-specific pricing results.

### QuickPricer Updates

#### Loan options tab visible to borrower after any product selection&#x20;

The Loan Options screen is now visible to borrowers after a product is selected by either the borrower or the Loan Officer.

This allows borrowers to easily review key loan details, including rate, monthly payment, and cash to close, based on their most recent product selection.

<figure><img src="/files/R3BWiFy8tsnau0EYzDBJ" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The Loan Options screen is visible to borrowers in the following scenarios:

* The Loan Officer **sends scenarios to the borrower** before a product is selected.
* The **borrower selects** a loan product (if borrower self-serve pricing is enabled for your organization).
* The **Loan Officer selects** a loan product for the borrower (required for AUS or pre-qualification letter generation).
* The **Loan Officer rate locks** a product for the borrower.

#### QuickPricer Refinements&#x20;

**Error Handling For Mortgage Insurance**

We’ve added clearer error messaging for Mortgage Insurance (MI) requests when results cannot be returned due to missing required qualifying data, such as credit scores or DTI.

These messages help Loan Officers identify what information is missing so they can update the pricing search or application data and successfully retrieve MI results.

<figure><img src="/files/CC4DndrkrPfdZRt2EamA" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

We’ve introduced a timeout limit for Mortgage Insurance (MI) requests. If a quote is not returned by the provider within one minute, an error message is displayed.

This prevents indefinite loading states and gives Loan Officers clear feedback when MI pricing cannot be retrieved.

* We resolved an issue with the Optimal Blue QuickPricer integration where fees were being reset during automatic pricing refreshes.
* We also fixed an issue where values set to **0** or **“None”** were not being saved after product selection. These values are now properly stored in the application and carried through to AUS and pre-qualification letter updates.
