This release also includes several bug fixes and user experience improvements to enhance platform reliability and usability. ### SnapDocs Closing Documents UAT Environment We've introduced a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment for SnapDocs closing documents. This allows lenders to safely test SnapDocs workflows before deploying the closing docs integration to production. If you are interested in using SnapDocs Closing Docs integration, please contact your Maxwell Customer Success team at ### Hosted Disclosures * Added Hosted Disclosures support for Encompass UAT environments, allowing lenders to test disclosure updates ahead of upcoming releases. * Improved handling of special characters (such as periods and hyphens) in custom disclosure document names, resolving an issue that could prevent documents from being returned to the Encompass eFolders. ### Misc. Bug Fixes * Fixed an issue that could cause borrower milestone updates to move backward. * Expanded Mortgage Insurance service eligibility to all conforming loan products with a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio greater than 80%. Previously, eligibility was limited to products with "FNMA" or "FHLMC" explicitly included in the loan product name. * Resolved an issue with EPPS pricing searches where the requested rate lock period was not being included in pricing requests
