Summary
Task Sorting by Due Date: We’ve improved the sorting of open tasks by due date, allowing borrowers to focus on the most important tasks first. This ensures that crucial documents are completed in a more timely manner.
Completed Task Count Badge: A count badge now appears on the "Completed" tab in the Borrower Hub, showing borrowers how many tasks they’ve successfully completed. This feature helps borrowers track their progress, providing a sense of accomplishment as the number of open tasks decreases and completed tasks increases.
Completed and Open Task Sections: We’ve made managing tasks easier by introducing "Completed" and "Open" sections. This allows you to quickly navigate between tasks that have been completed by the borrower and those that still require your attention. This enhancement helps you stay on top of your borrower’s tasks more efficiently and ensures that all documents are correct.
Improved Task Sorting by Due Date: We’ve also enhanced the sorting of open tasks. Tasks that are due soon will now appear at the top of the page, helping you focus on the most urgent tasks first.
Document Deletion: You can now delete any document directly within the Documents tab, as long as it has not been synced with the LOS (Loan Origination System). This enhancement now includes the ability to delete borrower-related documents, whereas previously, only lender-related documents could be deleted.
Task Deletion: We've added task deletion functionality to the Activity Log. Now, when a user deletes a task, it is fully tracked, including task details, the user who deleted it, and the exact time of deletion. This ensures greater transparency and accountability.
