# Verification of Employment/Income (VOIE)

Lenders who use one of Maxwell's integrated VOE providers can pull a verification of employment/income report from the point of sale from either the [**lender services tab**](https://docs.himaxwell.com/~/changes/665/platform-overview/lender-hub/services/verification-of-employment-and-income) or from an [**automated borrower workflow**](https://docs.himaxwell.com/~/changes/665/platform-overview/lender-hub/borrower-tasks/automated-borrower-pre-qualification-workflows)**.**

Click on one of the links above to learn more about how VOE/I work within your POS workflows.

#### Verification of Employment / Income

From services you can initiate a Verification of Employment/Income for your borrower and view the report that comes back from your provider once the report is generated.

1. Go to Services tab --> Verification of Employment
2. Click **Request Instant Report**

3. Enter additional prompts as necessary

4. View Report summary table

5. Click button at top of the table View/ Download Full Report
