# Automated Underwriting Services

From the Point of Sale you can run Automated Underwriting Services with either Desktop Undewriter, Loan Processor Assistant, or both.

**Prequisities for AUS:** 

* Valid credit integration credentials 
* Valid pricing engine credentials 
* Valid AUS provider(s) credentials 
* Complete loan application
* A product selected on file

1. Complete a loan application 
2. Select a qualified product and pricing from QuickPricer 
3. Go to Services --> AUS 
4. Select AUS provider(s) you want to run a report 
5. Fill in any missing information required to run AUS and select finish
