# Credit Check

### Credit Check 

Credit Check allows you to pull a credit report in the point of sale, view results, and make limited  adjustments to the line item liabilities. 

Your organization can be configured to run a soft pull, single-bureau report, tri-merge, or a full hard credit report, depending on your preferences. 

#### Pull Credit Report 

1. Go to Services Tab --> Credit Check 
2. Click **Order Credit Report** (At minimum you need full borrower name, address, SSN, and credit authorization) 
3. Confirm your have borrower authorization and **Order Report** (This is typically collected in the loan application, at first login but you can get verbal authorization.)

We display the scores and summary of liabilities in our Services tab UX. You can also click **View Report and Download PDF** to review the full results from your credit reporting agency.&#x20;

#### Adjusting Liabilities&#x20;

You can also make limited adjustments to credit liabilities&#x20;

* Click the edit pencil on the far right side of the liabilities table to edit a specific line item&#x20;

  * Adjust remaining balance, payments,  paid off by closing, and include/exclude in ratios.&#x20;

* Click **Add Liability** at the top right of the table to include any additional liabilities that did not appear in the report&#x20;
