## Borrower Portal and Lender Portal Changes

### Enhancements to Country Field

Starting with this release, for clients that have the ‘Country’ field in their blueprints, Borrowers and Lender Portal users will see United States as the first available country. Additionally, the name of any other countries can be searched for by typing the name of the country in the field. The search will be done immediately and automatically.

**Value to Lenders** 

It increases the productivity of LOs and Borrowers since it allows searching and finding the countries in the list more efficiently. 

**Leveraging this Feature**

This will now be the default behavior of our system. It will be automatically available to all clients who have the ‘Country’ field in their Blueprint.

### Enhancements to Polly integration

Starting with this release, clients that use Polly as their PPE will be able to see closing costs and other fees in the Pricing tab  and Pricing task in MortgageHippo.

It increases the productivity of LOs and Borrowers by showing fees. 

**Leveraging this Feature**

Clients that use Polly and have configures their fees within Polly will be able to use this new feature starting today.
