### Mortgage Insurance (PMI) Quotes Now Available with All 6 Providers

Loan Officers (LOs) can now access real-time mortgage insurance quotes from all six supported PMI providers directly within Maxwell’s Point of Sale (POS). This allows LOs to shop for the best borrower rate—enabling accurate pricing and a more streamlined pre-qualification process.

**Available Pricing Engines with PMI**&#x20;

* **Available May 7th:** Optimal Blue,  ICE Product & Pricing Engine (EPPS)&#x20;
* **Available June 4th:** Polly, PriceMyLoan &#x20;

#### Enabling the MI Quotes Integration

To activate this feature, a lender admin should email [**help@himaxwell.com**](mailto:Help@himaxwell.com) with the following:

* **Subject Line:** MI Integration
* **Email Body:**
  * Lender name
  * Head office address
  * Master policy number(s) for each MI partner

1. Maxwell will help coordinate provisioning with the MI provider
2. Maxwell Implementation and Engineering complete the integration setup&#x20;
3. Maxwell will test to verify everything is working
4. Lender will user test to confirm results are what they are expecting&#x20;

### Verification of Assets AccountChek Integration Updates

To resolve some issues users were experiencing generating **Verification of Assets (VOA)** reports via AccountChek, we’ve made the following improvements:

* Updated AccountCheck v2 API
* Added support for [webhook postbacks ](https://docs.accountchek.com/howto/webhooks)support to retrieve delayed reports

These updates will be automatically applied to all organizations using the AccountChek VOA integration. If issues persist after May 7, contact  <help@himaxwell.com> &#x20;

### eDisclosures Signing Status Updates

To give lenders better visibility into borrower progress on disclosure tasks within the POS, we’ve introduced a new **Signing Statuses** feature. This enhancement adds a status label and timestamp indicating the most recent borrower action on their disclosure tasks.

There are four possible status updates:

* **Sent/Not Viewed =** Disclosure task sent to the borrower, but not yet opened
* <mark style="color:yellow;">**Viewed**</mark>**&#x20; =** Borrower has opened the disclosure task, but has not signed it
* <mark style="color:green;">**Signed**</mark>**&#x20;=** Borrower has signed all disclosure documents
* <mark style="color:red;">**Declined**</mark>**&#x20;=** Borrower has declined to eSign the documents

Once all borrowers have signed, the task will be marked as **Completed** for all users.

**Note:** This feature relies on a webhook from the disclosures eSigning provider (Encompass, Docutech, or DocuSign) to receive status updates. As a result, updates may take up to a few hours to appear in the Point of Sale. If the status doesn't update promptly after the borrower signs their eDisclosures, please ensure the loan file is closed in Encompass, as keeping the file open can delay the update.

However, with Maxwell’s new H**osted eDisclosures** feature launching in Q3—status updates will be available in real time.

### Bugs & Code Cleanup&#x20;

* Fixed an MFA error affecting branded login configurations.
* Resolved an SSO login issue for some Encompass lenders.
* Resolved an issue where the delete or download actions were intermittently dissappearing in the documents tab table.&#x20;
* Updated the borrower email footer disclaimer
