### Bugs & Code Cleanup 

#### **Point Of Sale** 

* Increased the maximum document upload size from 15 MB to 20 MB.
* Updated TRID-triggered notifications for co-borrower applications so they only trigger after both borrowers have provided all six required TRID data points.
* Enhanced the Loan Pricer search to allow Loan Officers to adjust the lock period during product search and selection.
* Improved our address geolocation API for county lookups to better handle cities spanning multiple counties.
* Made several mobile UX improvements for text readability on Wet Sign document tasks.

#### **Encompass Integration**

* Updated our Encompass integration so that when the Encompass Loan ID is updated, the new ID is now displayed in the POS, both in the loan file and pipeline views.

#### **Meridian Link Mortgage Integration**

* Enhanced the MLM integration to sync the selected loan product name with the LOS.
* Updated the MLM integration to sync current housing expenses to the LOS, including: P\&I payment, hazard insurance, taxes, mortgage insurance, and HOA dues.
* Fixed an issue where some rate/term refinance applications were incorrectly being categorized as limited cash-out refinances.
