Import LOS Underwriting Conditions from Encompass

With this release, clients that use Encompass as their LOS will be able to start importing Underwriting Conditions to the Lender Hub. These conditions are assessed in the LOS by underwriters who evaluate the risk associated with the application and determine if it meets the criteria established by the lender. These conditions can now be imported to the Lender Hub so that Agents can generate tasks for their Borrowers to provide the necessary information to close their mortgage application.

Improvements to Overview Tab

In this release, we have included UI Fixes to the Overview Tab. The Overview Tab displays the most important information about an application.

In the Overview Tab, Lender Hub users can see:

• Selected pricing option

• Active borrower milestone

• Active LOS milestone

• Borrower task lists

• Application Ratios

• Loan Amount

• Monthly Income

• Assets

• Liabilities

• Credit Scores

• AUS Results

• and more information

The UI changes included in this sprint include changes to:

• links underlining

• spacing

• button and icon sizes

• dividers

• no longer displaying borrower names when there is only one of them

• and more

• Leveraging this Feature: This feature will be on for all Lender Hub users starting with this release and the changes described above will be present.

Optimal Blue Integration - Updates to calls

Our API calls to Optimal Blue now include the value of field desiredPrice as 0.0.

• Leveraging this Feature: This change was released to production on May 23rd and it affects all clients that use Optimal Blue as their EPP.
