Borrower Hub

Maxwell’s Point of Sale has two key experiences: the Borrower Hub and the Lender Hub.

The Borrower Hub

The borrower hub is a consumer-facing mobile-first web experience which guides borrowers through a custom workflow to complete a loan application.

The borrower hub is designed as a single destination for borrowers to view and provide all update for their loan application. So even if your team uses multiple tools behind the scenes. Borrowers always come back to one place for updates and requests. The Borrower Hub is where your borrowers:

  • Start and complete their loan applications

  • Review and provide consents and authorizations (eConsent, Credit, HELOC, ARM, etc.)

  • Receive notifications on upcoming tasks to be done

  • Securely upload documents, provide required information, and enter credentials for services like VOA/VOE.

  • Review product & pricing options

  • Review and e-sign documents, disclosures, and closing documents

  • Communicate with your team members on all things related to your loan.

Depending on the setup, each client may have an unlimited number of parallel experiences, called sites. These can be used to configure experiences for different branches, channels, or loan purposes.

Lender Hub

The Lender Hub is where the lender teams of team of Loan Officers, LO Assistants, Processors, Managers, and Administrators work their loan files.
