After selecting a Loan Program in the Loan Pricer screen, Loan Officers can choose to run SmartFees on the selected loan program:
Loan Officers can choose between "PreQual" and "Full Quote" options:
Selecting Pre-Qual allows the Loan Officer to refresh or upgrade to Full Quote later:
Selecting Full Quote (or upgrading to Full Quote) allows the Loan Officer to view service provider names and details:
SmartFees reports are downloaded and available in the Documents tab:
After the borrower has selected pricing, the Loan Officer can run SmartFees in the SmartFees section of the Lender Hub
Activating the SmartFees API integration generates a pop-up containing applicable loan information, allowing the Loan Officer to add or edit info
After the Loan Officer has confirm all information, fees are saved to the loan file upon the Loan Officer exiting the integration
