Documents

The Documents tab is a summary table view of all documents that have been added to the loan file.

From this tab the Lender can quickly take several actions on documents.

  • Review all docs uploaded and key information

  • Push documents to the LOS

  • Upload documents

  • Dowload documents

Document Table Overview

The document table allows you to quickly scan for key information about all docs associated with the file.

  • Document name

  • Date uploaded

  • Uploaded by: Borrower, Lender team member, –– (system generated document)

  • Borrower Task associated (if applicable)

  • Pushed to LOS date / Push to LOS buttone (if applicable)

  • Delete

Push Docs to LOS

From the Documents table view you can push files to the LOS.

  1. To individually push a file click the Push to LOS button within the table row

  2. To bulk push check the box for all docs you want and click Push Selected to LOS in the top right of the table.

Upload Documents

If the lender has received documents directly from the borrower or a broker they can upload the documents here without creating a task.

  1. Click + Upload Document at the top of the table.

  2. Choose whether to link the document to a borrower. If you select None, the document will not be visible to borrowers and cannot be associated with a task.

  1. Choose whether the document should be related to a specific task.

  1. Upload the document and allow Document AI to scan and verify it.

  2. Click Save to add the document to the table.

  3. Sync to the LOS if desired.

Download Documents

Similar to push to LOS there is an option to download documents if you need to keep it for your records on a separate system. You can either download on the individual doc level by clicking the download cloud icon OR you can bulk select and download files using the button on the upper right corner of the table.
