Documentation Hub Updates

We’ve updated our Documentation Hub to make it easier for your teams to learn how to use the Point of Sale. Documentation is now organized by user group:

Within each hub, you can expand sections to see a clear breakdown of key features and workflows. Each page includes short videos, screenshots, and step-by-step guides.

These resources are designed to onboard new users and provide deeper, workflow-optimizing guidance for power users. You can search for specific topics using the search in the upper right hand corner or use the left-hand navigation to browse through sections.

If you have questions that aren’t covered, email [email protected]. We’ll follow up directly and use your feedback to keep improving the documentation.

QuickPricer

We're very excited to introduce a major enhancement to our Pricing user experience in our point of sale. Maxwell QuickPricer helps lenders quickly shop, compare, and share product and pricing scenarios with their borrowers.

QuickPricer allows LOs to quickly shop, compare and then share loan scenarios with their borrowers for early stage pricing decisions.

It’s an excellent educational tool to help LOs guide borrowers who are still deciding which loan option best fits their needs. With just a few clicks, an LO can select multiple scenarios and share an easy-to-read, side-by-side comparison that clearly outlines differences in rates, monthly payments, and closing costs.

The transparent, upfront cost breakdown builds trust with borrowers and helps your LOs win more deals by guiding borrowers from product selection to pre-qualification and into lock faster than ever before.

Go to our QuickPricer Feature Overview to learn more about the feature and how it works. Reach out to [email protected] to set up a demo with our product team and discuss how to roll out this feature for your organization.
