Nov 5th, 2025 Release notes

Summary

Notification emails reply-to Loan Officer

We identified that several borrowers were replying to automated notification emails sent from “no-reply” addresses. These replies sometimes included important questions about loan status, follow-up tasks, and other loan details. Because these no-reply inboxes were unmonitored, many of those borrowers weren’t receiving responses.

Resolution We’ve updated the reply-to address for all automated borrower notifications. Starting November 5, any borrower who replies to a Point of Sale notification—such as account invites, task emails, or status updates—will have their message sent directly to the primary Loan Officer (agent) assigned to the file. Directing replies to the LO vs. a generic address ensures borrowers receive timely and personalized responses.

Action Needed

While we're ensuring Loan Officers will now receive borrower replies directly, many organizations still use a default “noreply@organization” address for borrower notifications. We recommend updating this address to something more neutral—such as [email protected] or [email protected]” -- to reflect this change to your borrowers.

To update your default email address or if you have any questions, please contact [email protected].

Pipeline View UX Enhancements

To improve information scannability and improve the lender's ability to find important information about their loan file we've made several improvements to the pipeline views outlined below.

  • Bolded primary borrower name for quick scanning

  • Removed time stamps from start date column. This allows us to keep most files to one row and increase the number of files you can view in a single page view.

  • Use of ellipses and hover tooltips so you can view information that extends beyond the default column widths without wide column widths or second rows of text.

  • Adjusted column widths, padding, and text alignment issues to improve overall readability.

Pipeline improvements include bolded borrower names, adjusted row heights, and hover tool tips.

Numeric Entry Field UX Updates

We updated our numeric entry fields to improve the user experience of editing number in the application and pricing experience. When a user clicks to edit a numeric entry field the field will behave as follows.

  • First Click: Will select the whole field. Entering a number at this point will overwrite the whol field.

  • Second Click: Will direct the cursor to the specific place value to edit.

First click selects the whole field, second click takes you directly to the specific place value your cursor is over.
