Summary
Team/LO Assignment Selection on Loan File Creation
We’ve added a new Team & LO Assignment section to all loan file creation workflows in the POS. This allows lenders to select the appropriate team or team members at the time of file creation.
This enhancement improves the platform experience in several ways:
Reduces extra steps: Users no longer need to navigate to the Loan File → Team tab to assign team members manually.
Ensures pipeline assignment: When an LOA, Manager, or Admin creates a loan file, the system now requires an LO assignment at creation, preventing files from being left unassigned or “orphaned.”

How It works
Create the Loan File The lender user creates a file in the POS using one of the existing methods:
Create New Application
Import from 3.4 MISMO
Import from LOS ID (when available)
Enter Borrower Information Add borrower contact details and choose whether to send the borrower an email notification upon file creation.
Select the Site and Assignment After selecting the site, an Assignment section appears where the user can:
Search and select a Team Template (if available), OR
Manually assign a Loan Officer (primary agent) and other team members working on the file. All fields are searchable.
Automatic LO Assignment When a Loan Officer creates the file, they will automatically be assigned as the LO to reduce extra steps.
LO Requirement Every file must have a Loan Officer assigned to ensure it’s properly added to a pipeline.
Create File Once all required fields are completed , select Create File to finalize.

Updating Loan Calculations
We’ve improved the timing of loan calculations in the Loan Application Answers interface to make updates more responsive. When you modify key fields like down payment, purchase price, or income, related calculations—such as loan amount, LTV, and DTI—will now immediately update in the background. When these calculations are displayed in the point of sale UX they will update on page refresh.
Pipeline UX Updates
We’ve made several improvements to the Lender Pipeline layout to enhance readability and usability. Updates include:
Better column sizing:
Increased default widths for variable-length fields like Borrower Name and Email.
Reduced widths for smaller fixed fields such as Date, TRID, and State.
Easier column adjustments:
You can also manually adjust column width, to make that action clearer we expanded the clickable area to resize columns.
Drag the right edge of a column anywhere in the table to increase/decrease width
Double click the right edge of a column to auto adjust its width to the widest content in the column

Improved readability:
Slightly increased row spacing for better visual separation.
Enhanced color contrast in column headers.
Simplified column header names:
ID → App #
LOS Loan Number → LOS #
TRID Collected → TRID
TRID Collected At → TRID Date
Property City → City
Property State → State
Co-Borrower Email Address → Co-Borrower Email
Name → LO Name
Email → LO Email
% Complete → App % Complete
Social Security Number → SSN
Value → Property Value
Open Follow-up Tasks → Open Tasks
