With this release Lender Hub users will be asked to share their feedback about the Lender Hub. This information will be collected in 2 different formats: NPS Survey and Feedback
NPS Survey: At certain points during the user flow, the platform will display an popup to the user to asking them to provide the answer to the following question: "Would you recommend this platform to others?"
Feedback: At certain points during the user flow, the platform will display an popup to the user to asking them if they are happy with the platform.
We will use HotJar to implement both NPS and Feedback features.
Value: Gathering feedback from our users
Leveraging this Feature: This will be turned on for all clients with the release.
Starting with this release, clients that use DocuSign will be able to generate eSign requests to users outside of Revvin. This is an enhancement to the already existing E-Sign Custom Task feature. Lender Hub users will have the option to enter an email address for a person that is not an applicant but whose signature is needed in order to proceed with an application.
Value: Improving the Borrower and Lender experience, simplifying the experience for non users related to applications started in Revvin.
Leveraging this Feature: Clients that already use DocuSign through Revvin on will see this change immediately after the release. Clients that want to start using DocuSign should contact support@revvin.com.
With this release clients will be able to see changes related to the way our system batches notifications. From now on notifications will be batched in a different way. The goal is minimizing the amount of notifications agents receive without loosing any important updates.
Starting with this release notifications that are set to batch will be sent to agents batched based on the notification type (this is the previous behavior) as well as by the application. From now on, agents will receive individual notifications for each application that will contain multiple updates.
Value: Improving the Lender Hub user experience.
Leveraging this Feature: Clients that already have batched notifications on will see this change immediately after the release. Client that want to start using batched notifications should contact support@revvin.com.
In a previous sprint we added a feature to one specific notification profile. This feature allowed that this particular notification was sent to a user, and the assigned team was CC'd on that notification. With this release that option has been extended to all notification profiles, making it simpler for the team to notify the full team and not just the primary agent on notifications.
Value: Improving the Lender Hub user experience.
Leveraging this Feature: Clients that want their whole team copied in a notification should contact support@revvin.com.
With this release the UI for Lender Milestones tab in the Lender Hub will be different. The main changes are that the platform now will display the Milestone that is marked as Active.
Additionally, now clients can choose how the milestones are updated: arbitrary or sequential mode.
The arbitrary mode allows for marking milestones as active or completed in any order without affecting others (this is the default option).
With the sequential mode, when a milestone is marked as completed or active, all those that precede it are also treated as completed.
Value: Improving the understanding of the Milestones mapping.
Leveraging this Feature: The main changes will take place with the release and will be available for all clients that have this tab in their Lender Hub. Clients who want to start using the sequential mode should contact support@revvin.com.
With this release the Status Bar that pop-up whenever an integration is running or a process is being completed looks different.
Value: Improving the Lender Hub user experience
Leveraging this Feature: These changes will take place with the release. No action is required from clients to turn this on.
From this moment on Lender Hub admins will be able to see all the assignment links of all the users as a new column when downloading the user CSV. Note that a user can have multiple links, in this case the links will be separated by commas, in the same column.
