As of this release, we have a new VOIE provider: Truework. Truework integration will allow our Clients to verify Borrower's employment.
In the first step, the Truework Instant service is used, which offers income and employment verification instantly.
If, after this first step no report is available, Borrowers can use a second Truework service called Credentials. This service allows Borrowers to access their payroll platform and share their employment and income information from there.
Thanks to the Truework integration, now we also offer a new VOIE Truework and The Work Number Cascade System. This Cascade works like this:
First, an instant Truework service called "Instant Hit" will give us the VOIE report based on SSN and other information.
If obtaining the report with this Truework service is impossible, the verification will be done using The Work Number.
Suppose none of the above gives a report. In that case, it will be possible to use a Truework service called "Credentials" to allow Borrowers to log in to their payroll platform and obtain information regarding their employment from the Borrower's VOA.
Our Batched Tasks feature has a refreshed look to provide a simpler experience. Some of the improvements:
Improvements to UI: such as the style of the "Add follow-up tasks" button which is now bigger.
Improved "Add follow-up tasks modal": Quick display of all available Task types and those already added, with additional information such as which borrower each task is assigned to.
Improvement in the "New task: Send Information" modal: Quick edition of all the necessary fields. Easier menu for the inclusion of instructions. Assignment of borrowers and attachments, all from one place. The menu to write the email to the borrower is now simpler and with more space.
From now on, Revvin can prevent the borrower and co-borrower from having the same social security number (SSN) in the same application file. This way, we stop applications from being registered and alert the applicants on time so that they can correct their SSNs before submitting.
Starting with this release Revvin will now be masking all SSNs while users enter them. This used to be an opt-in feature but with this release it is available to all clients.
Starting with this release new types of events will be tracked in the Activity Log. These events are:
Manually creating an application file in the Lender Hub for pre-existing and new users.
Duplicating a pre-existing file in the Lender Hub.
On the Borrower Hub, the borrower starts an anonymous file or signs up rather than starting an anonymous app.
Adding a Co-Borrower to an application.
