Leveraging this Feature: This feature is available by default with this release.
Byte auto-retry push
With this release, our clients that use Byte as their LOS will have auto-retry when the auto-push to Byte fails due to the server being offline. From now on, instead of having to manually push applications to Byte because the Byte sever being offline when the auto-push took place, the retry will be done automatically after the failure. Every 3 retries the waiting time between one attempt and another increases from 5 minutes, 15 minutes and 30 minutes.
Value to Clients: Increase the LO productivity.
Leveraging this Feature: This feature will be enabled for all clients that use Byte and that have auto push of applications enabled.
Enhancements to Lender Portal filters:
With this release, the Site Name filter that is available in the Applications and User Management Pipelines will be ordered alphabetically. The Status filter that is available in the Applications Pipeline will also be ordered alphabetically.
Value to Clients: Increase the LO productivity.
Leveraging this Feature: This feature will be enabled to all Clients without any configuration.
Integrations
DocuSign
From now, it will be possible to use DocuSign as an eSign provider within your Revvin Lender Portal. This integration will allow Lender Portal users to request eSignatures through the ‘Sign Documents’ task and upload the documents that require a signature. The Borrowers will be able to quickly review those documents and eSign them in the Borrower Portal.
Value to Clients: Increase the LO productivity.
Leveraging this Feature: Our Customers should email us at support@revvin.com to let us know if this is something they would like us to enable for them.
