Borrower Hub Integration

  • A task in the Assets section of the Borrower Hub

  • Borrower searches for their financial institutions and enters their own credentials to access banking information

Lender Hub Integration

  • In the Services Tab, the Loan Officer can see results of the verification as a PDF report

  • The Loan Officer has an option to send an invitation to borrowers who may have originally declined the verification in the Borrower Hub

  • Reports may be refreshed for up to 60 days. After 60 days, a new report can be requested and authorized by the borrower via the "Add follow up task" feature.
