We are thrilled to announce our latest integration with Fusion Mortgagebot LOS. This new integration works similarly to the LOS we have integrated with so far. It offers various functions, including:
The ability to import a mortgage application from our POS using the latest MISMO 3.4. This file includes automated underwriting findings, credit pull, verification of assets, verification of employment, and pricing.
The ability to track changes made in Mortgagebot LOS regarding changes in loan status. This feature will allow us to show the status in real-time in the lender milestones.
The ability to submit documents required to satisfy the conditions of your application.
You can sort the results obtained from pricing with different options. By default, the order will be the one provided by the pricing engine, by loan product.
It will also be possible to order it:
By name
By rate
By monthly payment
By term
The selected product will always be displayed at the top, regardless of the sort applied. This new option will be available in the Lender Hub and the Borrower Hub.
Our rate call now includes EPPS specialty products, such as HomePossible and HomeReady. These products will now be visible according to lender-configured eligibility settings.
We updated the success and error notifications after LOS pushes to provide more clarity on the sync status to lenders.
Additionally, we implemented a new warning message to alert users when an error occurs after a successful push. This includes situations where a field was not updated, the loan is locked or in use in the LOS, or any other error that may arise. Once the issue is corrected, the warning will be cleared.
Clients are able to preview the Pre-Qualification Letters from both, the Lender Hub and the Borrower Hub.
This will allow lenders and borrowers to view the letter with the information before or after:
The lender has included or modified the custom message from the Lender Hub.
When the lender has chosen to include the home sale contingency in the letter.
These changes will be visible to both lenders and borrowers who have been given permission to generate their own Pre-Qualification Letters.
Previously, in the "Borrower Tasks" tab within the Lender Hub, the Application task section would remain expanded even after the borrowers had completed all the tasks in this section. Once the Application task is complete, by default it will collapse, bringing the focus to incomplete tasks.
We have introduced a new feature that enables the deletion of any outstanding follow-up tasks from the Lender Hub. This includes both Custom Tasks and Document Upload tasks that have not been completed. A "delete" button will now be visible within the Lender Hub for all such tasks.
Added a new field to the available Export Fields in the Customization Hub. With this, it will be possible to export the borrower's mobile number in the CSV file.
Speed Up Complete Task Animation: We make the check mark animation transition quicker when completing one task and moving to the next one.
Updates in the Co-Borrower Task: Update verbiage "Do you want to invite a co-borrower?" to "Do you want to add a co-borrower to your application?"
Updates in the "US Address" Field: Added a "County" input to the "US Address" field, displayed in "full" or "city/state/zip" modes. If Google API validation returns a County, the user can modify it if needed.
Updates in Address State Selector: Property state selector now include state abbreviations and full state names.
Updates in "Documents" tab: Improve some visual issues such as with long names, icon and centering. This could be seen in the Lender Hub and Borrower Hub documents tabs.
Borrower generated Pre-Qualifiction Letters custom message contingencies disappearing on regeneration of letter.
