Due to an update to the LendingQB authorization system, it was necessary to change authentication API calls to us the OAuth protocol. The change had to be made before February 2024. In this sprint, we have worked on the Pricing integration (PriceMyLoan).
We recently updated our Lending QB integration to use OAuth instead of their old ticketing system. With this new update we now have the new OAuth authentication flow for both the LOS and the Pricing integrations.
We have added a new checkbox in the Pre-Qualification tab in the Lender Hub that will allow a sale contingency paragraph to be included in the Pre-Qualification Letter PDF.
By default, when this option is selected the following copy will be added to the letter (it is customizable through the Customization Hub): "This offer is contingent upon the sale settlement of the buyer's current property."
The option will be available from the Lender Hub at the time the LO generates the letter. The option can also be turned on for borrower/realtor generated letters.
We have improved the experience when running AUS integrations (LPA and DU) to display errors in a more orderly and cleaner way.
The first main error will be shown at the top. If there are more errors, they will be hidden within a collapsible section below the main error. When expanded, each of the errors will be listed in an ordered list.
It is now possible for borrowers to start a new application from a previous application in the Borrower Hub. This option will copy the borrower's data they from the previous application into a new one.
LO assignments from the previous application will also be carried over.
We have improved the way a pre-existing borrower is redirected from an email notification. Now, instead of going to the home page the borrower will be sent to the login page directly, avoiding possible confusion.
