Encompass e-Disclosure Integration

Our e-disclosure integration with encompass allows the borrower to have a seamless experience, submitting their application, uploading documents, and signing disclosures all from the same hub.

Loan officers can request and send the disclosure packet to the borrower via Maxwell without having any extra steps added to the standard encompass disclosure generation process.

The borrower is notified via email, and signs the disclosures within the Maxwell application hub.

Loan officers can check the status of e-disclosures from within the encompass dashboard.
