We empower Loan Officers to edit the letter's content, including contingencies and other pertinent information. Clients can add extra data fields to the Pre-Qualification Letters format with an open-text editor. With this, loan officers and agents can use it to include additional information or contingencies to the Letters.
The features that we have implemented with this new function:
Now the LOs can add custom text at the end of the Letter and format the text according to their preferences. Borrowers and relators will not be able to edit this text.
The text entered will remain in subsequent Letters generated for that application by the agent or borrower.
Value to Clients: It will allow loan officers to add personalized information and content to the Letters.
Leveraging this Feature: This feature will be enabled for all Clients without any configuration.
LPA generates eligibility and risk class findings on their report. Now, we have integrated the Risk Class as a data point in our platform along with the Eligibility. This improvement allows lenders to have a better overview of the risk associated with the loan in the POS UI.
Value to Clients: Allows lenders to view risk status without opening the full report.
Leveraging this Feature: This feature is available by default with this release.
We upgraded the Optimal Blue pricing integration API calls from version 3 to 4. This upgrade resolved some issues that we were experiencing while running LPA with an ARM product selected from OB.
Value to Clients: Resolves issues around ARM products and LPA.
Leveraging this Feature: This will affect all Clients who have Optimal Blue as a pricing engine.
We updated the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and eConsent language to reflect the latest language approved by Maxwell's compliance team to meet mortgage industry and data security requirements and best practices.
All three consents must be authorized by borrowers when they create a new account in the point of sale. Borrowers can click each link to review all terms in full before providing their authorization.
Value to Clients: Mortgage industry and data security requirements met for all borrowers by default. Your organization has the option to configure your own eConsent language if your compliance team would like to provide your own. Reach out to revvinsupport@himaxwell.com to configure your language.
Leveraging this Feature: This feature will be enabled for all Clients without any configuration. If your organization already has custom e-consent your language will not be impacted.
We updated the tooltip background and the text colors to improve readability and accessibility in the POS. In tandem with this, we will be updating a lot of our tooltip messaging in the application to provide more guidance and clarity for borrowers and to make the application as self-serve as possible.
Value: Improve the readability and accessibility of the application for all borrowers and lenders.
Leveraging this Feature: This feature will be enabled for all Clients without any configuration.
